2. Program Overview

UTOBS offers a comprehensive Digital Marketing Internship with Placement Training program designed to provide practical experience, industry knowledge, and potential job placement assistance.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Demonstrate commitment and readiness to engage in the internship and training activities.

4. Enrollment and Fees

  • The program fee is Rs.3000, which covers the internship and training.
  • Payment is due upon enrollment and must be made via the accepted payment methods provided by ASHOKRAJ-UTOBS.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

5. Program Duration

  • The internship program lasts for 2 months , followed by duration of placement training.
  • Exact start and end dates will be communicated to participants upon confirmation of enrollment.

6. Responsibilities

  • Participants must complete all assigned tasks and projects as per the guidelines provided.
  • Attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Any absence must be communicated in advance to the designated supervisor.
  • Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and adhere to the code of conduct established by ASHOKRAJ-UTOBS.

7. Placement Assistance

  • UTOBS provides placement assistance based on the participant’s performance, skills, and market demand.
  • Placement is not guaranteed, and ASHOKRAJ-UTOBS will make reasonable efforts to connect participants with potential employers.

8. Confidentiality

  • Participants must maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information encountered during the internship.
  • Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination of the program and potential legal consequences.

9. Termination

  • UTOBS reserves the right to terminate participation in the program if a participant fails to meet the program requirements or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate.
  • Participants may terminate their participation with written notice to ASHOKRAJ-UTOBS. However, no refunds will be provided for early termination.

10. Liability

  • ASHOKRAJ-UTOBS is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the internship or placement training.
  • Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being throughout the program.

11. Amendments

  • ASHOKRAJ-UTOBS reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions as needed. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
